因「一例一休」政策問題，立法院民進黨總召柯建銘辦公室與民進黨中央黨部遭青年勞團與學生遭學生團體闖入抗議。立法院上午進駐優勢警力，加強院區警戒。據悉，警力至少會持續進駐到8日院會處理一例一休案為止，甚至會視議事狀況，延長警戒時間，確保抗議的勞工、學生及青年團體，無法闖入院區影響議事。
蔡英文總統與立法院蘇嘉全昨天分別發表談話，堅定要確保「一例一休」條款如期在立法院闖關三讀，年底前完成。
多輛大型警備車今早7時許開進立法院區，強化院區警力支援，計畫確保抗議的勞工及青年團體無法再闖入院區。
國民黨立委盧秀燕上午趕抵立法院，目擊立法院內部署警力在會議室待命，她立即拍下影片發布在臉書上貼文說：「一年前，立法院民進黨團協助太陽花占據立法院。 今天，為了怕勞工團體和年輕人衝進立法院，卻要求滿屋子警察待命，如臨大敵。」
國民黨立委王育敏表示，她不贊成用警力來處理，民進黨有充裕的時間可與社會溝通，可以舉辦公聽會，以柔性疏導的方式來處理，而不是寧採強渡關山，硬是通過一例一休。
